Our project in Geri comprising of 16+ houses has now completed.
The houses have views over the Athalassa Forest and surrounding areas. The neighborhood is in close proximity of the mall, hospital and other amenities. The 3/4 bedroom houses are in plots of around 300sq meters with modern finishes such as flat roofs and energy saving technology, Photovoltaic systems which absorbs and converts sunlight into electricity. This new technology means the houses will be energy rated A.
